We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns (Including Change of Mind)
You may return your item for any reason, including change of mind (buyer’s remorse), as long as the conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Show no signs of installation, damage, or wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Include your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return Method
Returns are made by mail. Instructions will be provided after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was sent
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Refunds apply to the product value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible) with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
